  • How do I create an account?
    • Click here to create an account
    • Check your email for the "Pizza Hut Hawaii Account Activation" email and follow the instructions provided.
      • Sometimes, this email ends up in the Junk Mail / Spam folder. To avoid this problem, we recommend adding no-reply@pizzahuthawaii.com to your address book.
  • How do I change my password?
    • Log into your account.
    • Click on your name displayed on the top right corner of your screen.
    • Under My Profile, select Edit.
    • Enter your desired password into New Password and Confirm Password fields.
    • Click the yellow "Save" button.
  • What if I forgot my password?
    • Click here to visit the "Forgot Password?" page.
    • Enter the email address used to register your account.
    • Follow the instructions provided in the message sent to the email address that was entered.
  • How do I update/change my address in my account?
    • Log into your account
    • Click on your name displayed on the top right corner of your screen.
    • Under Addresses, select Edit.
    • Enter your new address.
    • Click the yellow Save button.
  • How do I update/change my phone number in my account?
    • Sign into your account.
    • Click your name on the top right corner after "Hello," to visit the My Account page.
    • Scroll down to "My Profile" and click Edit.
    • Enter the new phone number in the Phone Number field with area code first.
    • Click the yellow "Save" button.
  • How do I delete my account?
    • Please click here to send us an email from the email address used to register your account, stating you would like to have your account removed.

Pizza Hut Rewards Questions

  • What is My Pizza Hut Rewards?
    • It is a rewards program that allows customers to accumulate points from online orders made at pizzahuthawaii.com to use towards free Hawaii Pizza Hut products. You will earn 1 reward point for every $1 spent based on net sales, excluding delivery charges, taxes, and fees. Signing up is free and the customer must have a registered account to participate.
  • How do I earn rewards?
  • Do I have to be logged into my account to receive My Pizza Hut Rewards?
    • Yes, only online purchases made using your registered online ordering account will qualify to collect rewards points.
  • How do I use a reward?
    • A reward must be activated before it can be redeemed. Here are the steps to activating and redeeming/using a reward within your order:
      • Log into your account (if not already).
      • Click on your name. It is located next to the "Sign Out" link
        • Desktop computer: top right corner of the screen.
        • Mobile device: centered, underneath the Pizza Hut logo.
      • From the "My Account" page:
        • Desktop computer: scroll down until you reach "Rewards" section
        • Mobile device: Click "Rewards" which will drop down the menu "Rewards I Can Earn"
      • If there are a sufficient number of points to redeem a reward, you will see a gray "Activate" button beneath the point value for each individual item. If you choose to activate a reward, click the "Activate" button. Note: This is where points are removed from your account.
        • Once activated, a green banner will appear that says, "Your reward has been activated! See "My Activated Rewards" to use this reward."
      • Within your "Rewards" section, you'll see a new section titled "My Activated Rewards" and the reward you just activated should appear there, along with an expiration date (rewards must be used within 90 days from the date it is activated).
      • To redeem the reward, click the gray "Use" button within the My Activated Rewards which will guide you through the steps needed to order the reward product.
  • Can I place an order with only a reward in my cart?
    • A purchase is required to redeem a reward. For delivery orders, the online order must meet the minimum total of $15.00.
  • Can I credit previous purchases to my rewards?
    • Only purchases made using your registered account from the date you created your online ordering account will be eligible for rewards points. If you placed an order and your rewards account was not credited, please click here to send us an email containing your order information.
  • I selected the wrong reward to activate. How do I deactivate it?
    • Please click here to send us an email using the email address your account is registered under and notify us which reward(s) you would like deactivated.
  • Questions about My Pizza Hut Rewards?

Coupon Codes

  • I got a coupon in the mail. Can I use it to order online?
    • Most coupons issued by Hawaii Pizza Hut may be used towards an online order. If it is a Hawaii Pizza Hut coupon, the disclaimer will include, "Available at participating Pizza Hut Restaurants in Hawaii." If a coupon is not available for use online, the disclaimer will include, "Not available for use online."
    • Look for either promo code, coupon code or cc found at the bottom of the coupon. The code is either a 2 to 3-digit number.
  • How can I use my coupon code online?
    • Input the coupon code, within "Have a Coupon?" box prior to ordering.
    • Click apply
    • You will then be guided into taking the appropriate steps to order the item(s).
  • My coupon code doesn't work, what do I do?
    • Type the coupon code in the "Have a Coupon" box first, before selecting the item(s). The online ordering site will then guide you to build the coupon offer. If it still does not work, call us at (808) 643-1111, relay the error message you are receiving and a representative will assist you.
  • How do I sign up for coupons?
    • Log into your account.
    • Click on your name displayed on the top right corner of your screen after "Hello,".
    • Under My Profile, select Edit.
    • Check off "Send me email offers and alerts."
    • Click yellow Save button.

Ordering Online

  • How do I view your specials?
    • On the Main Menu page, there is a red section under the main banner that says "Your Store Specials".
  • What forms of payment are accepted?
    • Credit Card (MasterCard and VISA).
  • Can I save my credit card information for future online purchases?
    • Yes! Follow these steps to save your credit card to your online ordering account:
      • Select Use New Credit Card
      • Check off Save this card for future use.
      • Type in your credit card and billing information
      • Click yellow Continue button.
  • Is my credit card information secured?
    • Yes, credit card information is tokenized
  • How do I order a cheese pizza?
    • Proceed to Create Your Own Pizza
    • Click "Cheese" tab
    • Check off "Extra Cheese" underneath the fully shaded circle
  • How do I know if my online order was received?
    • A confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address – the email is from no-reply@pizzahuthawaii.com and uses the subject line "Pizza Hut Hawaii Order Confirmation #0000-000000" (Note: the confirmation number is a unique number).
      • Sometimes, this email ends up in the Junk Mail / Spam folder. To avoid this problem, we recommend adding no-reply@pizzahuthawaii.com to your address book.
  • What is future or advance ordering?
    • Specify a delivery or carryout time for a future order at the time of checkout.
    • If you would like to place a future order for the current day, you can choose any time as long as the time you enter is during restaurant hours of operation and at least one hour later than the current time.
  • Is there a way to track my pizza?
    • After submitting your order (Mahalo! page), click the yellow Check Order Status button.
  • I'm having problems with online ordering, who can I contact?
