Donation Requests
Hawaii Pizza Hut, Inc. welcome requests for a contribution or a donation. Please follow the guidelines below. (Please do not email donation requests)
Please include the following information in your letter:
1) Name of organization
2) Name of event
3) Date of event
4) Contact person and title
5) Mailing address
6) Daytime phone number of contact person
7) Explain what we can do for you
8) Please explain if Pizza Hut Hawaii will receive any represenation in consideration for donation. For example: use of Pizza Hut Hawaii logo, or name in a program, acknowledgement in letter or brochure, signage, or media exposure.
9) Mail the letter to:
