Donation Requests

Hawaii Pizza Hut, Inc. welcome requests for a contribution or a donation. Please follow the guidelines below.

Please include the following information in your letter:
1) Name of organization
2) Name of event
3) Date of event
4) Contact person and title
5) Mailing address
6) Phone number of contact person, Business phone number preferably
7) Explain what we can do for you
8) Specify and explain if any corporate representation opportunities are available due to support. For example: use of Pizza Hut Hawaii logo, or name in a program, acknowledgement letter or brochure, signage, or media exposure.
9) Mail the letter to:
