  • How do I create an account?
    • Click here to create an account
    • Confirm your account by clicking "Confirm my account" in the Confirmation Instructions email, which will be sent to the email address used to register your account.
  • How do I change my password?
    • Log into your account.
    • Click on your name displayed on the top right corner of your screen.
    • Under My Profile, select Edit.
    • Enter your desired password into New Password and Confirm Password fields.
    • Click the yellow "Save" button.
  • What if I forgot my password?
    • Click here to visit the "Forgot Password?" page.
    • Enter the email address used to register your account.
    • Follow the instructions provided in the message sent to the email address that was entered.
  • How do I update/change my address in my account?
    • Log into your account
    • Click on your name displayed on the top right corner of your screen.
    • Under Addresses, select Edit.
    • Enter your new address.
    • Click the yellow Save button.
  • How do I delete my account?
    • Please click here to send us an email from the email address used to register your account, stating you would like to have your account removed.

Pizza Hut Rewards Questions

  • What is My Pizza Hut Rewards?
    • It is a rewards program that allows customers to accumulate points from online orders made at pizzahuthawaii.com to use towards free Hawaii Pizza Hut products. You will earn 1 reward point for every $1 spent based on net sales, excluding delivery charges, taxes, and fees. Signing up is free and the customer must have a registered account to participate.
  • How do I earn rewards?
    • Earn My Pizza Hut Rewards by simply enrolling in the program and ordering online from pizzahuthawaii.com, using your registered online ordering account.
  • Do I have to be logged into my account to receive My Pizza Hut Rewards?
    • Yes, only online purchases made using your registered online ordering account will qualify to collect rewards points.
  • How do I know if I am enrolled in My Pizza Hut Rewards?
    • Sign into your online ordering account.
    • Click your name to visit "My Account."
    • Under the Rewards section, you will see "My Balance: __ points" if you are enrolled. If you are not enrolled, you will see "Rewards I Can Earn" instead.
  • Can I still enroll in My Pizza Hut Rewards if I already activated my online ordering account?
    • Definitely! It's simple - just follow these steps:
      • Sign into your account.
      • Click your name to visit "My Account."
      • Click "Enroll Now!" just above the Rewards box.
      • Select the check box.
      • Click the yellow Save button.
  • Can I credit previous purchases to my rewards?
    • Only purchases made from the date you activate your rewards account will be eligible for rewards points. If you placed an order and your rewards account was not credited, please click here to send us an email containing your order information.
  • How do I know if I am enrolled in the My Pizza Hut Rewards Program?
    • Within your profile under Rewards, you will see "My Balance: __ points" if you are enrolled.

Coupons & Promo Codes

  • I got a coupon in the mail. Can I use it to order online?
    • Most coupons issued by Hawaii Pizza Hut may be used towards an online order. If it is a Hawaii Pizza Hut coupon, the disclaimer will include, "Available at participating Pizza Hut Restaurants in Hawaii." If a coupon is not available for use online, the disclaimer will include, "Not available for use online."
    • Look for either coupon code or cc found at the bottom of the coupon. The code may be either numeric or alphanumeric.
  • What is the difference between a Coupon Code and a Promo Code?
    • Coupon codes are used to purchase our products at a discounted price. Coupon codes must be entered in either the pop-up box upon entering the online ordering site or within the "Have a Coupon?" box on the main menu page prior to ordering the product. Entering the coupon code will guide you through the process of ordering the product.
    • Promo codes are used for "percentage off" promotions offered from time to time. The specified promo code must be entered in the "Promo Code" box located on the checkout page.
  • How can I use my coupon code online?
    • Input the coupon code, within "Have a Coupon?" box prior to ordering.
    • Click apply
    • You will then be guided into taking the appropriate steps to order the item(s).
  • My coupon code doesn't work, what do I do?
    • Type the coupon code in the "Have a Coupon" box before selecting your order. The online ordering site will then guide you through the coupon. If it still does not work, call us at (808) 643-1111 and a representative will assist you.
  • How do I sign up for coupons?
    • Log into your account.
    • Click on your name displayed on the top right corner of your screen after "Hello,".
    • Under My Profile, select Edit.
    • Check off "Send me email offers and alerts."
    • Click yellow Save button.

Ordering Online

  • What forms of payment are accepted?
    • Credit Card (MasterCard and VISA).
  • How do I know if my online order was received?
    • A confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address.
  • Can I save my credit card information for future online purchases?
    • Unfortunately, credit card information cannot be saved at this time.
  • What is future or advance ordering?
    • Specify a delivery or carryout time for a future order at the time of checkout.
    • If you would like to place a future order for the current day, you can choose any time as long as the time you enter is during restaurant hours of operation and at least 1 hour later than the current time.
  • Is there a way to track my pizza?
    • Unfortunately, there is no tracking feature at this time. The confirmation email will give you an approximate time for delivery or carryout.
  • I'm having problems with online ordering, who can I contact?
